You can have hummus with falafel, with salad as a dip, with pita chips. It's so versatile!!

Recipe:

1. Soak chickpeas overnight in water.

2. Cook the chickpeas in pressure cooker until absolutely done.

3. Take a mixer and add cooked chickpeas, few cloves of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ice water(do not miss this. This makes hummus super light and fluffy) and tahina paste.

4. The paste should be thick. To help grind keep on adding olive oil until the paste is smooth.

5. The paste should not be runny. Once done remove it in a bowl and add olive oil and paprika powder as garnish.Welcome to your blog post.
